1. Services
WP Care provides WordPress maintenance, fix, and monitoring services. Our free fix offer covers one issue per site. Additional services are available through our paid plans.
2. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your WordPress site. While we take precautions before making changes, we recommend having a recent backup before requesting fixes.
3. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to fix issues but cannot guarantee resolution of all problems. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
4. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of payment if no services have been rendered.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
